RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURN POLICY

You can return your items 5 days post delivery, which means you have 5 days after the delivery date of your item(s) to request a return and refund. We can only process returns for 48 continental states in the US.

To start a very simple return or exchange, please contact us at support@elisestories.com. After that, you will receive an email with a free return label, with directions on shipping your item(s) back. The returned items must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving a return label to qualify for a full refund.

We will only accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund. Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process the refund.

You can always contact us for any questions via email support@elisestories.com. We always aim to respond within 24 hours.

EXCHANGES

You have 5 days from the purchase date to request an exchange of items in new condition with tags attached.

To start a very simple return or exchange, please contact us at support@elisestories.com. After that, you will receive an email with a free return label, with directions on shipping your item(s) back. The returned items must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving a return label to be able to process an exchange.

Once we receive your returned product, we will process the shipment of the new product.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the rare case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@elisestories.com. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to issue a refund back to your original payment method.

RETURNS

  • We accept returns for items received within 5 days of delivery date back to your original payment method.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. 

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

RETURN LABELS

All directions and labels are generated and provided for you at your convenience once your item(s) are requested via email support@elisestories.com. If you choose to do an exchange, we pay for the return label.

CANCELLATIONS

Once orders are received, they are sent to our distribution centre for processing and shipping. Since the distribution centre has received this order, we are not able to modify your order. You cannot cancel an order that is in transit and once an order has been placed, you cannot change your shipping address due to our fraud prevention checks. However, you can process a return or exchange once your item has been received.
